We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at the full lesson rate. We understand emergencies happen and handle these on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, all our instructors are fully DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) approved and hold valid ADI (Approved Driving Instructor) badges. They undergo regular training to maintain high standards.
